04 Purchases & Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
All payments are in AUD. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after payment has been received, and to refuse or limit any order at our sole discretion.
05 Subscriptions
Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly billing cycle unless cancelled. By subscribing, you consent to recurring charges without requiring approval for each charge.
Cancellation: All purchases are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@jcnco.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
Fee Changes: We may change subscription fees from time to time and will communicate any changes in accordance with applicable law.
06 Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services for any purpose other than those we make available. As a user, you agree not to:
- Systematically extract data to build a database or directory without our written permission
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users
- Circumvent or interfere with security features of the Services
- Disparage, tarnish, or harm us or our Services
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, spam, or other disruptive material
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or extract content
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person

07 User Generated Contributions
Our Services do not currently offer a public content submission feature. If we provide such functionality in the future, any content you submit ("Contributions") must be original, lawful, accurate, and must not infringe the rights of any third party. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your Contributions and that they do not contain offensive, defamatory, or otherwise harmful material.
08 Contribution License
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use and share that feedback for any purpose without compensation. You retain full ownership of any Contributions and are solely responsible for their content. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions.
09 Services Management
We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to monitor the Services for violations, take appropriate legal action, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms, and otherwise manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.
10 Privacy Policy
We care deeply about data privacy and security. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. Our Services are hosted in Australia. If you access them from another country, you consent to having your data transferred to and processed in Australia.

Informal Negotiations: Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally through written notice.
Binding Arbitration: If informal negotiation fails, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration in Australia. The governing law of these Legal Terms is the substantive law of Australia.
Restrictions: All arbitration must be conducted individually — no class actions or representative claims are permitted.
Exceptions: Disputes involving intellectual property rights, theft, privacy violations, or requests for injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration and will be resolved by a competent court in Australia.

We are not liable for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any right of action against us for such loss or corruption.

22 Miscellaneous
These Legal Terms, along with any policies or operating rules posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and JCNCO. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us.
